| How can I register for the OxiCash account? |
| To register for OxiCash account, you have to log on to our website: http://www.oxicash.in from your PC or www.myoxicash.in from your GPRS enabled mobile phone and fill in the application form You will get a 6 digit PASSWORD to transact using OxiCash. |
| Is there any registration fee? |
| The OxiCash account is absolutely free of cost. There is no registration fee for this facility. |
| Do I get some sort of Loyalty Bonus for using OxiCash account ? |
| Currently we do not give any loyalty bonus but the user gets Rupee 1.00 for first time registration. |

| You can access your OxiCash account through web (www.oxicash.in) and wap (www.wap.oxicash.in).
Just enter your mobile number and password to see the information.
You can also send SMS

| There are two ways to recharge your OxiCash account (OxiCash E-Wallet):
Online Recharge(Net banking, debit credit card) on www.oxicash.in
- Click E-Wallet recharge online
- Follow on screen instructions
Obtain recharge PIN
- Visit www.oxicash.in or www.myoxicash.in
- Click E-Wallet recharge (PIN)
- Enter mobile number and PIN to recharge

| Yes your OxiCash account is absolutely secured. The complete account platform is behind multiple layers of security and is designed to be hacking proof. |
| What type of Security is implemented to protect my OxiCash account? |
| The OxiCash website is secured using 128 bit SSL encryption. There are multiple layers of security implemented to protect the OxiCash account from any unauthorized access. The best of line network security are implemented to ensure only authorized requests from authorized users enter the network. Any unauthorized request is rejected at the outermost security layer itself and there is no possibility that an account may be hacked.

| The OxiCash recharge PINs are available in denominations of Rs. 11, 50, 100, 150 , 250, 500 & 1000.
Moreover you can also ask for an OxiCash e-Top up at all Oxigen counters. Using e-Top up you can recharge your E-Wallet for any flexible amount.

| No, you can have only one OxiCash account associated with one mobile number.

| Yes, currently the OxiCash account is valid for 6 months and will be removed if not recharged within 6 months. The validity is extended for another 6 months (from the date of recharge) after each recharge. |
| Do I need to have multimedia phone to access OxiCash? |
| No you don't need a Multimedia phone to access OxiCash; you can access OxiCash from any phone that supports GPRS by visiting OxiCash lite site www.myoxicash.in. |
| Do I need to have GPRS activated to use OxiCash? |
| Yes, you need a GPRS activated mobile to access OxiCash if you want to access it from a mobile device.

| If my transaction is not processed, is my money refundable? |

| Are there any limits to the number of tickets which I can book in a day? |
| As long as you have sufficient balance in your OxiCash E-Wallet, you can book as many tickets as you want in a day. |
| Is my OxiCash account safe if I loose my mobile? |
| Your OxiCash account is associated with the mobile number given at the time of registration. If you have lost you mobile, your account can remain safe only provided the same mobile number is retained.
