How can I use Conferencing Service?

1. You must have a valid OxiCash wallet and have sufficient balance in the wallet. You should check your OxiCash wallet frequently to check balance.
2. Select Chorus Call logo from the OxiCash portal.
3. Request for Host and Guest codes. You will be charged a FEE every time you request for passcodes.
4. You will receive your passcodes and dial-in number via SMS/ Email.
5. Once you receive your host code and guest codes you can conduct a conference call.

1. On system prompt participants dial their pass code followed by # key.

Host Passcode: 12345678#
Guest Passcode: 87654321#

1. The conference is initiated as soon as the host enters his/her pass code. Until that time all participants will remain on hold and hear a hold music
2. If any line gets disconnected, the caller needs to follow the steps from 1. The rest of the conference is unaffected.
3. Participants may press * 6 on their phone to Mute/ Unmute their lines.
   
   
1. The conference will last up to the available balance in the host’s Oxicash wallet or till all parties disconnect from the conference; whichever is earlier.
2. If you are the host, you will hear an IVR message indicating total conferencing minutes available to you at the start of the conference. Additionally there will be two time-out alerts whispered only to the host while the conference is in progress. The first one will be at 50 total conferencing minutes balance and the second one at 25 minutes. After your conferencing balance is exhausted all participants will be disconnected without further warnings.

How do I top-up my prepaid conferencing minutes?
There is no special top-up for prepaid conferencing. You must have sufficient balance in your OxiCash wallet. In order to top-up the prepaid conferencing minutes you have to increase balance in your OxiCash account.

How do I get new set of passcodes?
You can do it yourself by logging onto following website.

You will be charged a FEE for resetting your passcodes.

How do I get billing details?
Since it is a prepaid service no itemized billing details are available. You will know in real time the balance in your Oxicash wallet and hence it is easy to calculate the amount charged for conferencing.

How are conferencing minutes calculated?
If you have 5 participants in a conference call and you talk for 30 minutes then your total conferencing minutes will be:
                5 X 30 = 150 minutes
You will be charged as per your plan type for your conference. E.g. if you are charged Rs. 3/- per minute then you will be charged Rs. 450/- for above conference.
