How to use this facility

1. Register with OxiCash and select the doctor. An SMS will be sent to the customer (Patient) giving specific Host code for the doctor.
2. Patient calls 022 66294429, enters above Doctor’s Host Code followed by #. After validating the code, interactive voice system will ask patient to press *5 to confirm dial out to doctor.
3. Doctor receives the call from Oxigen number indicating that the call is Prepaid for consultation on per minute basis
4. Once doctor answers the call, patient and doctor are now connected for consultation.
5. In case other doctor or person is to be put on the same call, patient dial *1 and another person/doctor’s number followed by #. Once the other person/Doctor answers call, all the three persons are in the conference. 
6. Both doctors will get paid in this case.
7. The charge of the call is on OxiCash prepaid card attached to mobile number of patient
8. Once consultation is over and caller hangs up, system calculates usage on OxiCash card and MIS is prepared per doctor. Pricing is per minute per doctor as per agreement with doctor and OxiCash.
9. Payment is made to each doctor or the medical institution as the case may be through bank transfer or Doctor’s OxiCash wallet top-up
