The service is very easy to use. There is no additional software or hardware or any special handset required. You can use your existing telephone instrument or mobile phone. Each host (subscriber) is given two pass codes;

Host code – This is a private key to be used by the host (subscriber) to initiate his conference.
Guest code – This is a public key, which the host can distribute to his guests or other participants he wishes to invite to participate in a conference.

At a pre-determined time, participants dial our access number and key-in a passcode to enter their conference.

• The conference does not start until the host of the conference enters his passcode.
• All participants are in Talk/Listen mode. They can however mute and un-mute their line by pressing * then 6 on their touchtone phone.
• Entrance and Exit of participants are notified with tones only. There are separate tones for entrance and exits.

These conference pass codes are ‘always-on’ so that you can initiate your conference call anytime at your convenience. There is no prior reservation required.
