Q-Where can I get ClubOxi discount card
Ans-ClubOxi cards are available for purchase at a select 1000 Oxigen outlets located within Delhi/NCR .
To find an Oxigen outlet closest  to you, Please log on to www.oxicash.in/cluboxi  and click on ‘ Where to get ClubOxi card’ tab   .
Q-How can I Activate my Discount card
Your ClubOxi Card must be activated by the Shop keeper at the Outlet  where you purchase the card.
Please ensure that the Oxigen Retailer /Shop Keeper activates your card before you leave the shop.
For this process, the Retailer would require to Register your Mobile
phone number .
He will then create your Oxicash wallet  on the mobile number you give him and register you with ClubOxi & activate your card .
On activation of the card, you will receive a credit of Rs. 100/- in your wallet .
Also youwill get your OxiCash user ID and Password. And you will find many wonderful discount coupons , enclosed in the package as well as a booklet of discount stores , where you can use this card.

Q-Where to use my Discount  Card  
Ans-You have received a directory as part of your ClubOxi starter kit .
This will list all outlets and fabulous savings as discounts , you can get with your ClubOxi membership.
You can also get this list of outlets online on www.oxicash.in/cluboxi under the ‘Where to use the ClubOxi card’ 
Q-How to use my Discount Coupons
Ans-You have also received many discount coupons  in the package, These coupons can be presented at the outlets mentioned to avail discounts.You will also get an Oxicash coupon with 3 attractive offers. To redeem these, kindly log on to www.oxicash.in/cluboxi

4. Enter your ClubOxi Discount card number , Your OxiCash user id & password
5. Click on ‘My account‘ – you will see an SMS Pack worth  Rs. 100
6. Proceed to send the SMSs

2. To use the service ,Key in your mobile number,and your  Discount Card number
3. Click on the Phone back up   under ‘Your Free OxiCash offers’
4.  Enter your ClubOxi Discount card number , Your OxiCash user id & password
5. Click on ‘My account‘ – you will have  2months subscription  to Phone Back Up Free and another SMS Pack worth  Rs. 100
6. Proceed to upload your contacts

 

• Free Friend Talk worth Rs. 30

1. Log on www.oxicash.in/cluboxi. Register with your ClubOxi Membership number. (If not already registered)
2. To use the service ,Key in your mobile number,and your  Discount Card number
3. To use the service, Key in your Card number, OxiCash wallet ID & password
4. Click on Friend Talk under ‘Your Free OxiCash offers’
5. Enter your ClubOxi Discount card number , Your OxiCash user id & password
6. You will be taken to www.oxicash.in/ concall 
7. Click on ‘My account‘ – you will get activated for Friend Talk worth Rs.30. Proceed to chat with your friends on a conference

Q-Can I use this ClubOxi Discount cards more than once at the same outlet
Ans-Yes, you can use your card as many times as you want till the date of validity.

Q-Can I use these discount coupons more than once
Ans-No, you cannot use these discount coupons more than once. 
Q-To whom should I contact if my card is lost

Q-Is there any mechanism to stop the card being used after theft
Ans-No, but money in your OxiCash wallet is secure.
Q-Is my card valid for any new outlet added in the offer list
Ans-Yes your card is valid for any outlet added to ClubOxi & Intercard.
Q-Do I have to pay for any monthly membership fee
Ans-There is no monthly membership fee or charge for ClubOxi card except the one time payment to purchase the card.
Q-Can I use this across India
Ans-Yes you can use this ClubOxi card anywhere in India at the listed outlets as mentioned in our Website and ClubOxi directory.
Q-Would my card be renewed after one year automatically
Ans-No you would not be able to re-new this card after 1 year, you need to purchase a new card.
Q-Do I have to pay for renewal of ClubOxi Card
Ans-There is no renewal process for ClubOxi membership card. If you want to use this card again then you have to purchase a new card from us.
Q-Can I extend validity of this card
Ans-No you can not extend the validity of ClubOxi card

                                         or

Transfer your money from Bank account, kindly log on to www.oxicash.in/topup.

Q-Do I get any reward points for purchase through the ClubOxi card
Ans-No you don’t get any reward points from ClubOxi

Q-How does this card work
Ans-While visiting to any outlet which has the tied up with Intrcard/ClubOxi, you need to show your ClubOxi card at the time of billing

Ans-For applicability, you need to refer to ClubOxi Directory or website: www.oxicash.in/clubOxi.  Also most outlet will carry a Intercard Stickers so that you can understand that ClubOxi card is accepted here.
Q-I have an Intercard discount card, do I need a clubOxi card too
Ans-If you want to avail the discount being offered by the ClubOxi then you have to purchase the ClubOxi card, aside of wallet & special offers
