Terms & Conditions for ClubOxi
  1. ClubOxi logo is a joint offering of Oxigen Services India Pvt. Ltd. (“Oxigen”) & Intercard. All rights in this regard are reserved with Oxigen and Intercard.
  2. This card is non-transferable & is  only a discount card and not a credit or debit card.
  3. This card entitles the card holder to get discount upto 50% at associate units of Intercard/Member Establishments.
  4. Oxigen & Intercard reserve the right to terminate the membership of any individual without any prior notice or intimation.
  5. The valid card should be presented before the billing of any products or services at associate units of Intercard/ Member Establishments.
  6. The discount / special services available to the card holder cannot be clubbed with any other offer / scheme / sale or any kind of promotional activity of any product / services provided by the associate units of Intercard/ Member Establishments.
  7. Benefit’s / terms & conditions applicable for usage of the ClubOxi card are  listed on the website : www.oxicash.in/cluboxi & also at www.intercardindia.org
  8. Oxigen & Intercard do not give any guarantee for the quality of the product or services purchased/availed /experienced by using ClubOxi card. Oxigen & Intercard shall  not be responsible or liable for any defect in any product purchased or any services availed by using ClubOxi card by the cardholder. Oxigen & Intercard have no liability whatsoever arising from the usage of this card or the goods and services purchased by using the card.
  9. The ClubOxi card shall be valid and can be used only up to the validity period as specified on the card.
  10. Services of the card are rendered subject to the additional terms & conditions of the respective vendor/services provider/Member Establishments.
  11. Incase of any breach of the terms & conditions,  Oxigen & Intercard at their sole discretion reserve the right to terminate/withdraw the services of the card without prior notice/intimation to the concerned member.
  12. Offers provided by OxiCash are subject to the activation of card by valid card holder.
  13. All the disputes with respect to the ClubOxi card & the services complemented along with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Delhi.
  14. By becoming a member of ClubOxi, the member agrees that neither Oxigen nor Intercard & their associates units/ Member Establishments are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from joining or using ClubOxi Card.
  15. By requesting to be a participating member, such person does not get any right to have the automatic entry/enrollment to the respective website of Oxigen & Intercard. Oxigen & Intercard will make their own checks that customers/members who wish to join are genuine and meet their respective eligibility criteria. However, customers/members are under a duty to give accurate information in order to be included and if there are any changes in the profile of customers/members, the customer/member concerned shall have the responsibility and agrees to inform ClubOxi Team so that the respective database can be updated.
  16. Oxigen & Intercard reserve the right to make any changes to the website www.oxicash.in/cluboxi and the terms and conditions,  whenever it seems necessary and no prior notice shall be given in this regard. The amendments made will apply with same force and effect from the time they are uploaded. It is the duty of all concerned to keep reviewing the website and the terms and conditions.
  17. By becoming a member of ClubOxi, the member  accepts the ClubOxi Terms and Conditions.
